Tisan'da is an independent family initiative bringing together the life, sea, stories and local services of Tisan in one place.
Beyond scattered, outdated or purely commercial content, there was no trustworthy source about Tisan online. Tisan'da was created to fill that gap: bringing local knowledge, sea conditions, real estate and the family's memory together under one transparent roof.
Tisan is made up of two coves with quite different character — which one you'll want depends on the day.
With its rocky seabed and clear water, it's the favorite spot for snorkeling and morning swims. The sea usually sits still as glass in the morning, with a light breeze picking up in the afternoon.
With its sandy seabed and shallow entry, it's Tisan's safest shore for families with children. Sheltered from the wind all day, it's ideal for SUP and family activities.
The Düz family has witnessed Tisan since the 1960s. This site does not claim the family owns Tisan — it is an effort to share the observations of a family that has lived here for generations and carries its memory.

Real estate services are provided by Tisan Yüksel Emlak, a long-standing partner of the Düz family. Tisan'da brings together listing accuracy and local knowledge; the sales process runs directly through Tisan Yüksel Emlak.
Sea experiences are offered by Paddle Blue, founded by the family's second generation. Bookings for paddle, boat and snorkeling activities run through Paddle Blue and its partner providers.
