Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, this notice explains how the personal data you share through tisanda.com is processed.
What we collect
Site forms store only your name, phone number, email address and the message you write. For security we also keep your browser string and an irreversible hash of your IP address — the raw IP is never stored.
Why we process it
Your data is used only to respond to your request, pass your booking or order to the relevant business, and measure service quality. Marketing use happens only with your explicit consent, through the newsletter.
Who we share it with
If your request is addressed to a specific business (a cafe, tour operator or tradesperson), only that business can see it. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties or transferred abroad; our hosting is within the European Union.
How long we keep it
Request records are kept for up to 3 years and newsletter subscriptions for as long as the subscription lasts. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
