Tisan'da is an independent family business. We want to be clear about who offers what, and how money flows.
Who runs this
The site is run by the Düz family, who live in Tisan. Real estate services are provided by Tisan Yüksel Emlak and sea experiences by Paddle Blue; both are family businesses and are labelled as such on their pages.
Do we charge?
Registering a business, publishing a menu and receiving requests are free. In property transactions, only the statutory agency commission applies, and only when a sale completes.
Ranking and promotion
Ordering on listing pages is editorial; top placement is not for sale. Promoted content is clearly labelled.
Orders and bookings
No payment is taken through the site. Order and booking requests are forwarded to the business; the contract is between you and that business, and payment happens on site.
Accuracy
Sea conditions, menus and listings are updated regularly but real-time accuracy cannot be guaranteed. For anything critical, call the business to confirm.
